Vintage style wood picture frame with compo ornate trims. This is a solid wood frame with a rope pattern ornate trim in raised relief detail. It is finished with a distressed black finish for a time worn effect.
All of our picture frames come with closed corners. They are cut, joined, and sanded before they are painted for a cleaner finish.
The molding is 4 inches wide.

I ordered this frame in a large format to fit a 24 x 36 print. Finding what I wanted locally in that size was difficult so I ordered this one and requested it be painted a solid black vs the distressed look. When it arrived, it was distressed. Contacted the seller and he got back to me quickly and said that it was an oversight and would get a new one made and shipped out. These things happen. I noticed that the handing hardware was mounted for a vertical hang and I had intended to mount this horizontally. I sent a note asking if the new one could be mounted this way and was assured it was no problem. New one arrived and it was still mounted for a vertical hang. The quality is okay as there was a hairline crack in one of the joints and a few spots where the paint appears to have 'sputtered'.
