- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR CANCELED.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
CONDITONS OF RETURNS
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
CANCELLATIONS
- WE ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON STANDARD SIZES WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.
- WE NO DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
