The frame is great but for some reason my instructions about placement of the hanging clips got lost. And, all past frames also had pre drilled holes for canvas holding clips. I do love the frame.
We love are new frame. It truly makes the television look like artwork on the wall. The only downside is that it blocks the motion sensor on our television. I'm looking for a way to resolve this. Otherwise, we love the frame.

Ordered the 55" frame in driftwood. It is excellent quality and SO easy to mount. It is a genius mounting system. Couldn't be happier with the product and customer service and communication.
The frame itself is beautiful. Drop one star due to some service issue: when I ordered it, I selected the “horizontal” hanging option, but I received the vertical hanging version. It took about two weeks to receive it after order was placed. A little bit slow for today’s standard. Sent a couple emails to customer service for status update, responded only after I said that in the second email that I would cancel the order if they don’t respond.

I’ve ended up pretty disappointed with this purchase. The frame took four weeks to get here (which is totally fine) and it’s nice enough, but it sags down so the bottom of the tv shows. My biggest gripe is with customer service though. They promise a 10% refund if you make an Instagram post of the frame, tag them, and email them. I did all of those things and heard nothing back until I made a comment on one of their posts. They messaged me and promised a refund the next day. Not only have I never received said refund, but I messaged them about it again along with asking if the sagging is normal, and they have completely ignored me. For a small company with an extremely expensive product, I really would’ve hoped for a better experience.

this was purchased in the Holiday season and we had a higher than normal amount of orders at the moment. We did have a notification set up at the time that shipping could take as much as 4-5 weeks. All of our frames are handmade and take us some time to make. We will be better prepared this year for our peak season. I apologize for any inconvenience.
