I have received my beautiful frame for my 43” Samsung Frame TV. The space needed a size that would not go past borders on either side of the tv. My Laredo frame fits perfectly and is the crowning touch to the beautiful art displayed. Thank you Laredo!
I’ve ended up pretty disappointed with this purchase. The frame took four weeks to get here (which is totally fine) and it’s nice enough, but it sags down so the bottom of the tv shows. My biggest gripe is with customer service though. They promise a 10% refund if you make an Instagram post of the frame, tag them, and email them. I did all of those things and heard nothing back until I made a comment on one of their posts. They messaged me and promised a refund the next day. Not only have I never received said refund, but I messaged them about it again along with asking if the sagging is normal, and they have completely ignored me. For a small company with an extremely expensive product, I really would’ve hoped for a better experience.

I purchased a couple of walnut finished with oak, several months apart. One a 22X28 and recently a second 12X16 and both look great. I love the contrast of the 2 wood colors which add to the overall look of the piece.
