I emailed support the day we got our frame to let them know it was damaged, but haven't heard back. It has been about a week. It's a minor bit of damage and the frame otherwise looks great, but I thought they would have addressed it sooner.

Very nice frame, but the inside measurements were a fraction small, resulting in a very tight fit of the canvas (I measured, and the dimensions definitely were off in the frame, not the canvas)
Frame looks good however the remote control only works if you are 3ft in front of the tv and the auto censor does not work… frame covers all the censors…would not purchase had I known of these issues.

The frame is great but for some reason my instructions about placement of the hanging clips got lost. And, all past frames also had pre drilled holes for canvas holding clips. I do love the frame.
