I emailed support the day we got our frame to let them know it was damaged, but haven't heard back. It has been about a week. It's a minor bit of damage and the frame otherwise looks great, but I thought they would have addressed it sooner.

Very nice frame, but the inside measurements were a fraction small, resulting in a very tight fit of the canvas (I measured, and the dimensions definitely were off in the frame, not the canvas)
