The frames we ordered are SO beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship. And the sellers understanding when I messaged concerned about missing plexiglass. FYI for any other silly people, if you order plexiglass, it will be covered by a protective sheet of Kraft paper you need to peel off. It isn't cardboard lol
This was the second frame I have purchased and I could not be happier. They are exactly as describe, fit perfect and ready to hang. Customer service and communications are as good as it gets. For artists, like myself, you will not find a better framing company. I will be buying many more frames from Laredo Frame Factory.
